and explore different cultures.

Sanjay Raja is the author of the book The Food Talk, is a former pro athlete in combat sports,
national speaker, and is a professional trainer and nutritionist. He brings a wealth of knowledge,
experience, and passion to seeking a healthier, happier lifestyle.
