Peter visits memorials to Hurricane Katrina, helps maintain Mississippi’s manmade beach, rehabs dolphins and sea turtles at the Institute for Marine Mammal Studies at Ocean Adventures and visits the legendary 100 Men Hall for a local musical performance.

Peter works on an oyster schooner, visits the Walter Anderson Museum and the artist’s inspiration: Horn Island where he paints with Walter’s great-grandson, he explores the remnants of Mississippi’s historic “log town,” goes shrimping and enjoys a community dinner at an outdoor pop-up restaurant.
