This Workbook feature two quizzes for adults, age 18+. Officially known as the ‘Adult ADHD Self-Report Scale (ASRS-v1.1) Symptom Checklist’, and commonly called ‘The ASRS’, it was developed by the World Health Organization (WHO). The team of psychiatrists and researchers who designed this test included Lenard Adler, MD (Associate Professor of Psychiatry and Neurology, New York University Medical School) who is featured in the documentary, ADD & Loving It?!
Completing the 18 questions (six in Part A, 12 in Part B) should take less than 10 minutes.  While results DO NOT replace the need for a formal diagnosis with a qualified doctor, the insights gained through these easy-to-use tests can provide valuable information to assist with the process.  It is important to always note:  An accurate diagnosis can only be made through a clinical evaluation with a qualified physician/psychiatrist.
